Day 4

Today, I'm taking a little break from all the talking I usually do. My throat chakra is giving me a warning sign, telling me it's out of alignment and needs some love and care. So, I'm focusing on my spiritual practice and doing things to help me relax and balance my throat chakra. One thing I'm trying today is automatic writing. It's a fun way to tap into my subconscious mind and do some self-discovery.

If this sounds interesting to you, I'd absolutely recommend trying it or finding other ways that work for you. The most important thing is to listen to your body and do what feels good for you. Trust yourself, lean into what feels good, and commit to a consistent spiritual practice. Your body's signals guide you toward balance and alignment, so listen to them!

Today’s Prompts:

  1. Review Chapter 1 in my book, MEDIUM MENTOR: 10 Powerful Techniques to Awaken Divine Guidance for Yourself and Others, for a chakra realignment practice.

  2. The importance of rest and relaxation should not be overlooked. This can include self-care activities, as well as getting enough sleep. Indulge in an at-home spa day, put on your favorite cozy slippers, curl up with a good book, or even take a nap. Listen to your body and do what feels best for you in the moment.

  3. Completing tasks on your non-spiritual to-do list can provide a sense of relief and satisfaction. Take a look at your list and tackle some items that have been lingering. Whether it's cleaning the fridge, changing your bed sheets, or fluffing your pillows — taking care of these tasks can help clear your mind and reduce stress.
