Day 3

Meditation doesn’t have to be what you see on Instagram. It’s about finding what works for YOU and what you love doing. A meditation practice that is authentic to you is one that you will stick with and will create consistency.

Here are some tips to help you create a personalized meditation practice:

  • Experiment with different types of meditation to find what resonates with you. There are various forms of meditation, such as mindfulness, movement, nature, and breath-based meditation.

  • Make it a part of your daily routine. Consistency is key when it comes to meditation. Try to meditate at the same time every day to make it a habit.

  • Create a comfortable and serene environment. Make sure your meditation space is free from distractions and conducive to relaxation.

  • Make it fun. Meditation doesn’t have to be serious business. Incorporating elements you enjoy, such as listening to music or burning incense, can make it more enjoyable.

  • Don’t put pressure on yourself. Remember that meditation is a practice, and it takes time to develop. Don’t get discouraged if your mind wanders or you can’t focus.

Remember, the most important thing is to find a meditation practice that you love and feels authentic. With consistency and patience, you will see the benefits of regular meditation practice. Happy meditating!

Today’s Prompts:

  1. Try cleansing breathwork (Inhale, I am breathing in – Exhale, I am breathing out)

  2. Listen to a guided meditation. You can find recordings on Spotify or YouTube or listen to my book MEDIUM MENTOR: 10 Powerful Techniques to Awaken Divine Guidance for Yourself and Others on Audible and use the meditations I share throughout.

  3. Take a walk (or a drive) and sit with nature
