SESSION POLICIES

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.  Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older unless requested by a parent.  If someone under the age of 18 is the identified client, a parent or guardian must be present during the session and consent must be provided. 

You are responsible for the time and date of your session.  Please note that our system will offer you MaryAnn DiMarco’s availability based on Central Standard Time.  All distant sessions will take place via Zoom, FaceTime or phone.  

You are welcome to record your session for your personal use only.  All recordings are property of MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC and are not for public use in any way. If you are late to a session MaryAnn DiMarco will do her best to honor your time but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session due to her schedule.  

MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC follows a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy.  All sessions booked are non-refundable.   You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.  You may reschedule up to two times. However, as a service dedicated to growth will take each situation into account.  

PRIVACY

MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.  Your privacy is extremely important to MaryAnn DiMarco and MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that we collect, and the ways in which MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC uses that personal information.

What information do we collect?

When placing an order, or filling out a form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, postal address, or email address.  You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

  • To personalize your experience and better respond to your individual needs

  • To improve our website based on feedback we receive from you

  • To improve customer service.  Your information helps us to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs

  • To send periodic emails.  The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, as well as timely company news and announcements regarding related products and services.  Note:  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or any other site feature.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC currently uses Stripe & Paypal to accept all payments to hold your contact information.  Both services have a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

MaryAnn DiMarco, LLC does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website.  These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies.  We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the consent and activities of these linked sites.  Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you have a customer service matter that needs to be discussed, please email team@maryanndimarco.com.  All purchases are final.  All purchases are non-refundable.
